Oh boy...

So, Seth doesn't think I know how to cook. It's not that I don't...I just don't. I can cook but I don't have to. Jeremy is an excellent cook and makes dinner every night. I am normally nursing Amelia at that time, so that is how he helps. So, my sweet son thinks that we are not eating at all when Daddy is gone next week.
Here is my grocery list for what we need next week - frozen pizza, ice cream, brownies, (those are for Mom's sanity), and mac and cheese. We will also have some chili that is in the freezer...and we'll probably go out to eat twice while he's gone. As long as I have the staples we'll be good! :D

Kim..lol about cooking & your grocery list. I bought yoplait yoghurt (the dessert flavors like Boston Creme Pie & Whipped Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse) as my sanity savors. I've undertaken to potty train Ella while Trent's gone this week. So...Hot Tamales for her incentive, chocolate for mine. ;)

As for dinner, I'm a mean mommy. We're eating the same boring stuff; just freezing Trent's portion for his lunches at work when he gets back. That way we'll have some extra for those days I'm too lazy to pack his lunch.

Oh, boy is right. Don't worry too much. It's not that you're doing anything wrong. It's just that he's a boy. And a toddler. And not a whole lot matters other than what happens to come into his head at this particular moment.

Scud grew out of it. I'm seeing hopeful signs that Mashuga will, too. So, I'm sending hope and sanity your way (not that *I* have a lot of the latter to spare!).
